Booking Summary Report
Purpose:
The Booking Summary report will show summary information for all bookings that fall within the reporting period. It shows summary information for the following areas:
- Bookings by location
- Bookings by category
- Bookings by operator
- Booking by Source
- Bookings by Pickup Month
Accessing Booking Summary Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Sales By Category Report >> Booking Summary Report
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Booking Date Range | The date range that will be used for this report. This will relate to the booking date. |
Apply Pickup Date Range | You are able to flag if you wish to apply a second date range to the report, this is the pickup date range. |
Pickup Date Range | The pickup date range that will be applied to the report if the "Apply pickup date range" checkbox has been selected. |
Example:
There are 5 areas that are shown, and within each area the data is grouped by the relevant information with a number of bookings displayed.
The five areas shown are:
- Location - the pickup location of the bookings.
- Category - the vehicle category assigned to the bookings.
- Operator Entered - the operator who entered/created the bookings.
- Source - the rental source that has been assigned to the bookings.
- Pickup Month -the calendar month the bookings pickup date falls within.
Points to Note:
- This report includes allocated and unallocated bookings.
- This report shows summary information only, if you are wanting to see detailed information you will have to use one of the reports listed in the Relevant Links section below.
