Operator Sales Report

Purpose:

The Operator Sales Report displays reservations made by operators. This report is useful in tracking an operator’s bookings and may contribute to tracking KPI’s and individual sales targets.
The report can be run for all operators, or individual operators and can be filtered by Booking Status. It also breaks down the revenue into rental sales, extras and insurance.

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Operator Entry Report >> Operator Sales Report




Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be all for All Locations or a specific pickup location.
Operator
This report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator.
Booking Status
This report can be run for one of the following booking statuses:
  1. All Bookings
  2. Hired (include Returned)
  3. Reservations only
  4. Returned only
Date Range Type
This report can be run using one of the following two types of dates:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Pickup Date
Date Range
The date range that will be used for either the Pickup Date or the Date entered.


Example:




Res #
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Category
The Vehicle Category against the booking
Customer
The name of the customer against the booking
Pick Up 
The pickup location and date of the booking
Drop Off
The drop off location and date of the booking
Date Booked
The date this booking was created
Booked By
The name of the operator who created this booking
Source
The rental source against this booking
Agency 
The name of the agency against the booking. If it is not an agent booking, this field will be blank.
Rental Days
The number of rentals days for this booking.
AVG Rate
The average daily rate for this booking.
Rental Sales
The total cost of the rental revenue for this booking
Insurance Sales
The cost of the insurance option against this booking
Extra Sales
The cost of all of the extra items against this booking
Total Sales
The total amount of this booking, this is Rental Sales + Insurance Sales + Extra Sales

Points to Note:

  1. When ‘All Bookings’ is selected, the report will include unallocated bookings, the report does not include cancelled or maintenance bookings.
  2. When a quote is converted to a booking, the Booked by value will be reset to the person who converted the quote to a booking.
