CDW Sales Summary Report
Purpose:
The CDW Sales Summary report will show a summarised listing of any insurance that has been sold for bookings that fall within the date range. This report allows you to keep a track of the insurance options sold by staff members allowing for the calculation of any operator commissions.
Information will only appear for insurance options where the Pay Operator Commission flag has been set to Yes.
Any Insurance option with a $0 value will not be included in this report.

Parameters/Filters:
Location Type | This report can be run for one of the following location types:

Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for a specific region. |

Report Date Range | The date range the report will use when run. |
Example:
The results for this report are grouped by the CDW option. Within each option, there is a summary line for each operator who has sales for that option.
Sales Person | The name of the operator within RCM. |
CDW | The name of the CDW option which has been sold. |
Insurance Value Sold by Sales Rep | The total value of sales made for this CDW option by this operator within the reporting period. |
No Days CDW Sold by Sales Rep | The total number of days within the reporting period that this operator has sold this CDW option for. |
No Days CDW Sold in Total | The total number of days within the reporting period that any CDW option has been sold for. |
% of Days CDW Sold | The percentage of days sold for the CDW option. Tis is calculated by the total number of days sold for the CDW option divided by the total number of days sold. |
Points to Note:
- The Operator recorded against any sale of Insurance is always the LAST operator that adds an insurance fee on.
Subsequent changes of the fee will not be recorded, and can not be shown on this report.
Hence the Operator displayed here will be the last operator to have added an Insurance fee to the booking. - The operator who converts a Quote to a Booking will be allocated any CDW commissions due.
- Non-commissionable insurance options are NOT included in this report.
To check if insurance is commissionable see the "Pay Operator Commission" flag on the Insurance Fees screen. When this is set to "No" the insurance fee is excluded from this report.
