Operator Performance Summary Report
Purpose:
The Operator Performance Summary report will show all bookings that fall within the date range. This information is grouped by the Operator, and this grouping applies to the operator who created the booking.
The report will list the total number of bookings created by the operator as well as the total number of these bookings where CWD insurance has been sold by this operator.
This report will allow you to easily see what percentage of bookings an operator creates that they also sell CDW for.
Accessing Operator Performance Summary Report:
Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> CDW Sales Report >> Operator Performance Summary
Parameters/Filters:
Region | This report can be run for a specific region |
Operator Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. This is the location that is associated with the operator rather than either the pickup or drop off location. |
Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The Date range that will be used for this report. |
Example:
Operator | The name of the operator |
Total Contract Entered | The total number of bookings this operator created that fall within the reporting period. |
Total CDW Contract Sold | The total number of bookings this operator sold CDW for which they also created and that fall within the reporting period. |
CDW Sold % | The percentage of bookings CDW was sold for where they created the booking. |
Points to Note:
- The Operator recorded against any sale of Insurance is always the LAST operator that adds an insurance fee on.
Hence the Operator displayed here will be the last operator to have added an Insurance fee to the booking. - The operator who converts a Quote to a Booking will be allocated any CDW commissions due.
