Printing and Exporting Reports
When you run a report within Rental Car Manager (RCM), you are able to both print the results as well as export them. When printing the report results, a printer friendly version will be generated. You can then use your browsers built in print function to print the report.
At this point in time there are 2 different sets of export options you might see when running a report. Both sets of export options are summarised below.
After running a report, the relevant buttons to print and export the results will be located on the top right-hand side of the screen above the table of results.
Below is one of the sets of export options you might see.
Here is a listing of what each of the buttons shown above does:
Prints the report results
- Allows you to Print the report
- Copies the report results to your computer’s clipboard
- Exports the report results as a Microsoft Excel file
- Exports the report results to a CSV file
- Exports the report results to a PDF file
- Allows you to remove/ add a column from the report result
Below is the second set of options you might see when running a report.
