Cancelled Booking Summary Report
Purpose:
The Cancelled Booking Summary report give a high-level view of the number of cancellations based on the country associated with the customers on the booking.
Accessing Cancelled Booking Summary Report:
Reports >> Booking Status Report >> Cancelled Booking Summary Report
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific pickup location |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific Region |
Brand | If branding has been turned on, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand |
Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date range types:

Date Range | The date range the booking will be run for. |
Example:
Country | The country that has been assigned to the booking as part of the Customer's address |
No. Bookings | The number of bookings for this country that have been cancelled during the reporting period. |
No. Bookings % | The percentage of bookings that have been cancelled for this country during the reporting period. This percentage is calculated by dividing the number of bookings for this country by the total amount of cancelled bookings for the reporting period. |
No. Days | The total number of days for the cancelled bookings for this country within the reporting period. |
No. Days % | The percentage of days that have been cancelled for this country during the reporting period. This percentage is calculated by dividing the number of days for this country by the total amount of days for cancelled bookings within the reporting period. |
Total Revenue | The total cost of the cancelled bookings for this country within the reporting period. |
Revenue % | The percentage of revenue for the bookings that have been cancelled for this country during the reporting period. This percentage is calculated by dividing the total revenue for this country by the total revenue amount of cancelled bookings for the reporting period. |
Points to Note:
This report includes both Allocated and Unallocated bookings.
