Vehicle Specification Report

The Vehicle Specifications Report allows you to view the vehicles that have a specific Category Field against them.

Category Fields are used for additional features such as a Sunroof, towbars etc.

Locations	This report can be run for All Locations or a specific locations. Only vehicles with this as their Owning Location will appear in the report.
Specification	This report can be run for All Spec or a certain specification. Only vehicles with this Category Field recorded against them will appear in the report.

Category	The Category assigned to the vehicle.
Model	The Make and Model of the vehicle.
Type	The Vehicle Type assigned to the vehicle.
Fleet#	The Fleet number recorded against the vehicle
Rego#	The vehicles Registration Number
Exp. Date	The registration expiry date.
Field Description	The description of the Category Field and the Category Type it is assigned to.
Field Data	The information recorded against the Category Field for this vehicle. Note: Category Fields with Yes/No field type will only appear in this report if it is set to Yes for this vehicle.
Located	The Owning Location of the vehicle.
Currently Locations	The Current Location of the vehicle.
Grade	The Grade of the vehicle.
Year	The year of the vehicle.
Date On Fleet	The date the vehicle became available on fleet.
Date Off Fleet	The date the vehicle was/will be taken off fleet.
Transmission	Whether the vehicle has an automatic or manual transmission.
Utilise	Whether the vehicle is set to be utilised.
Available	Whether the vehicle is marked as Available for Booking.

If there are no category fields setup in your system you will not be able to run this report

Only Vehicles that have the feature set against them will appear in the list
