Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Purpose
The vehicle Maintenance Cost Report summarizes the maintenance costs per vehicle by location and vehicle category for a certain date range.
Accessing the Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Vehicle Maintenance> Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | The report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location |
Category | The report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category |
Date Range | The Date range to include in the report |
Example:
The report groups by Category and shows the Maintenance Cost and Mileage traveled for each vehicle. Each Category is subtotaled, with the Grand total appearing at the end of the report.
