Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Purpose
The Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report summarizes the maintenance costs and KMs travelled per vehicle by location and vehicle category for a certain date range.
This report will return all vehicles that have had a maintenance charge against them within the searched time period as well as any vehicles that a hired booking which changed the vehicles KMs. This enables a comparison of the KMs for different vehicles and any relation this has to maintenance charges.
Accessing the Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Vehicle Maintenance >> Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | The report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location |
Category | The report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category |
Date Range | The Date range to include in the report. The report will display all vehicle that have had a service performed within this date range, as well as all vehicle that had a booking hired out and returned during this date range. |
Example:
The report is grouped by Category and shows the vehicle details as well as the Maintenance Cost and Mileage travelled for each vehicle. Each Category is subtotalled, with the Grand total appearing at the end of the report.
