Vehicle ROI Report
Purpose:
The Vehicle ROI report allows for the ROI (Return On Investment) to be reported on for each vehicle.
The ROI is a measure of the total revenue earned by this vehicle against the total costs. Revenue / (purchase cost + Maintenance costs) - as a percentage.

Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> Operating Control Report >> Vehicle ROI
Parameters/Filters:
Vehicle Location | This can be run for All Locations or a specific location |
Vehicle Location Type | This report can be run to use one of the following tpyes of locations when it comes to the vehicles:

Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type. |
Category | Tis report can be run for All Categories or a specific vehicle category |
Date Range | The date range this report will be run for. |
Include Maintenance Costs | This check box determines whether the Maintenance costs for the vehicles will be included in this report. |
Example:
Category | The category that has been assigned to the vehicle. |
Model | The model that has been assigned to the vehicle. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle. |
Fleet # | The fleet number that has been assigned to the vehicle. |
No of Days Available | The number of days during the reporting period that the vehicle was available for hire. The Date On and Off Fleet are taken into account for this calculation. |
No Days Rented | The number of days this vehicle was rented during the reporting period. |
| Utilisation Rate | The utilisation rate of this vehicle during the reporting period. this is calculated by No Days Rented divided by No of Days Available. |
No of Contracts | The number of bookings this vehicle had assigned to it during the reporting period. |
Rental Revenue | The total rental revenue for this vehicle during the reporting period. This is the rental rates. |
Extra Revenue | The total value of any extra fees assigned to booking for this vehicle during this reporting period. |
Total Revenue | The total revenue of any bookings assigned to this vehicle during the reporting period. |
DDA Nett | DDA Nett (Daily Dollar Average Nett) is calculated by Rental Revenue divided by No Days Rented. |
DDA Gross | DDA Gross (Daily Dollar Average Gross) is calculated by Total Revenue divided by No Days Rented. |
Maintenance Costs | The total cost of any services that were recorded for this vehicle during the reporting period. |
ROI | The ROI (Return on Investment) for this vehicle. This is calculated by Total Revenue divided by (Purchase Cost plus Maintenance Costs). |
Net Revenue | This is the Total Revenue minus the Maintenance Costs. |
