Vehicle Registration Change Report
Purpose
The Vehicle Registration Change Report shows a list of all changes to Registrations for a Location, Category or Individual Vehicle and can be run for a specific period.
Accessing the Vehicle Registration Change Report
Vehicle Maintenance >> Vehicle Registration Changing Report
Parameters/Filters
Vehicle Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. It will only show Rego Change records for vehicles with this as their Owning Location. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific category. It will only return Rego Change records against vehicles of this category. |
Rego | If there is a value in this field, all Rego Change records involving this registration number will appear in the report. If there is a value here, it will override all the other filters. |
Change Date Range | This report will only show Rego Changes that were recorded in the system in this date range. |
Example
Category | This is the category of the vehicle that has had it's registration changed. |
Model | This is the model of the vehicle that has had it's registration changed. |
Current Rego | This is the current registration number of the vehicle. |
Date Changed | This is the date that that change in registration number was recorded. |
Updated | This is a note of what the vehicle registration changed from and to. This is the same note that is recorded in the vehicle log and the registration change is performed. |
