Missing Mileage/Kms Report
Purpose:
The Missing Mileage/Km Report calculates the missing mileage (in terms of kilometres) from the last recorded pickup and drop off dates of a vehicle in your fleet. The vehicles shown on the report are grouped according to vehicle category.
The report calculates the missing mileage by subtracting the mileage in from the last returned booking from the mileage out from the latest hired booking. If the difference is not 0 then there are missing km’s as the latest mileage in does not match the latest mileage out.

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Missing Mileage/Km Report
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Missing Mileage/Km | This report can be run for one of the following options for the amount of missing Kms:

Pickup Date Range | The date range that will be applied to this report. |
Example:
Category | The Category assigned to the vehicle with the missing mileage/km. |
Model | The model of the vehicle with the missing mileage/km. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle with the missing mileage/km. |
Fleet # | The fleet number of the vehicle with the missing mileage/km. |
Pickup Res # | The reservation number of the booking that is considered the latest booking for this vehicle. It is the booking within the report date range which has the latest pickup date. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking details screen. |
Pickup Location | The pickup location of the booking that is considered the latest booking for this vehicle. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking that is considered the latest booking for this vehicle. |
Pickup Mileage/Km Out | The Kms Out value for the booking that is considered the latest booking for this vehicle. |
Last Drop Off Res # | The reservation number of the booking that is considered the Last Drop Off booking for this vehicle. It is the booking within the report date range with the latest drop off date. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Last Drop Off Location | The drop off location of the booking that is considered the last drop off booking for this vehicle. |
Last Drop Off Date | The drop off date of the booking that is considered the last drop off booking for this vehicle. |
Last Drop Off Mileage/Km In | The Kms In value for the booking that is considered the last drop off booking for this vehicle. |
Missing Mileage/Km | The missing mileage/kms. This is calculated by the Pickup Mileage/Km Out minus Last Drop Off Mileage/Km In. |
