Booking KMs/Miles Option Report
Purpose:
The Booking KMs/Miles Option report allows you to view a listing of all of the bookings which fall into the reporting period. Included in this listing is information about the KMs option that has been assigned to the booking.
This report will include all bookings which fall into the reporting period, not just the ones that have a KMs option assigned. This allows for an easy way to determine which booking do and do not have a KMs option assigned.
Accessing Booking KMs/Miles Option Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> New Booking Report >> Booking KMs/Miles Option Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | Report can be run for All Locations or a specific Pickup Location |
Region | Report can be run for all regions or a specific region. If both a Pickup Location and a Region are selected, then the Region will be applied. |
Brand | Report can be all for All Brands or a specific Brand |
Category | Report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category. |
All Bookings | Report can be run for All Bookings or only for Agent Bookings |
Date Type | This report can either be run where the date range applies to either the pickup date, drop off date, or the date the booking was entered. |
Date Range | The date range that will be used. This will apply to either the pickup date or the date entered, depending on the date type chosen. |
Example:
Res # | The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Status | The status of the booking. |
Category | The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking. |
Pick Up | The pickup location and date of the booking. |
Drop Off | The drop off location and date of the booking. |
Date Booked | The date the booking was created. |
Booked By | The operator who created the booking. |
Source | The rental source of the booking. |
Agency | The name of the Agency that has been assigned to the booking. |
Agency Code | The agency code of the Agency that has been assigned ot the booking. |
Free Kms | The number of free kms for each day that has been assigned to the booking. If this field has no value, this means that no Kms Free option has been assigned to the booking. |
Extra Kms Cost | The cost of any extra Kms that might be incurred by the booking. This is the cost per km. |
Daily Rate | The daily rate charged for the Kms Free option assigned to the booking. |
Points to Note:
- The report include all bookings whether or not they have a KMs Free option assigned to them. This allows you to check if a booking is missing an extra Kms fee.
