Kms Travelled Report
Purpose:
The Kms Travelled Report displays mileage details for hired and returned bookings. The report includes details such as the number of free Kms/Miles, cost of additional KMs/Miles, KMs/Miles out and KMs/Miles in.
This report can be useful for determining how many Kms/Miles are being travelled on average per booking, it can also be used for determining how many free KMs/Miles to offer and the cost of additional Kms/Miles.
Accessing Kms Travelled Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Kms Travelled
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific Category Type |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category |
Status | This report can be run for to include bookings with a status of:

Pickup Date Range | The date range to be applied to the pickup date for this report. |
Example:
Res | The Reservation number for the booking, Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Category | The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle that has been assigned to the booking. |
Pickup | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking. |
Dropoff | The drop off location of the booking. |
Dropoff Date | The drop off date of the booking. |
No. of Days | The number of rentals days the booking covers. |
Kms/Miles Free | The number of Kms/Miles free of charge for each day of the booking. |
Kms/Miles Travelled | The total number of Kms/Miles that were driven as part of the booking. |
Add. Kms/Miles Cost | The cost of any additional Kms/Miles for the booking as calculated when it was returned. |
Kms/Mile Out | The number of Kms/Miles recorded against the booking when it went on hire. |
Kms/Mile In | The number of Kms/Miles recorded against the booking when it was returned. |
Total Emission | The total Emissions produced by the vehicle on this trip. This value is calculated using the Kms/Miles Travelled and the Emission Rate set at either the Vehicle Category or Vehicle level. |
