Missing Fuel Report

Purpose:

The Missing Fuel Report calculates the missing fuel from the last recorded pickup and drop off dates of a vehicle in your fleet. 
The report calculates the missing fuel by subtracting the fuel in from the last returned booking from the fuel out from the latest hired booking. If the difference is not 0 then there is missing fuel as the latest fuel in does not match the latest fuel out.

Parameters/Filters:


Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. This location relates to the pickup location.
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to the report. This relates to the pickup date.

Example:




Category
The vehicle category assigned to the vehicle.
Model
The model of the vehicle.
Rego
The registration number of the vehicle.
Fleet #
The fleet number of the vehicle
Res #
The reservation number of the booking where the vehicle has been hired out with missing fuel.
Pickup
The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Fuel Out
The amount of fuel that was recorded as the Fuel Out amount on the booking where the vehicle has been hired out with missing fuel.
Last Drop Off Fuel In
The amount of fuel that was recorded as the Fuel In  amount on the booking previous to where the vehicle has been hired out with missing fuel.
Missing Fuel
The amount of fuel that is missing. This is the Fuel Out minus Last Drop Off Fuel In.
Last Drop Off Res #
The reservation number of the booking previous to where the vehicle has been hired out with missing fuel.
Last Drop Off
The drop off location of the booking.
Last Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
