Sept 2023: Additional Feature - New Report Fields

Recently there have been updates to several reports within RCM to add new fields and new filters. Please remember that you can specify which field are visible to you in each report, please see the Show Hide and Resize Columns in Reports article for more information. 
The changes to the different reports are listed below.

New Booking Report

These fields have been added to this report:
  1. Campaign Code
  2. Agency Branch

Unallocated Booking or Quotation Report

This report now has a Campaign Code field.

Packages Report

There is now a Booking Status filter for this report which allows you to filter for bookings that are:
  1. All Statuses
  2. Reservation (inc. Unallocated)
  3. Reservation
  4. Unallocated/Quotation
  5. Hired
  6. Returned 
  7. Cancelled

Periodic Maintenance Due By Date and Units Reports

These 2 reports now have filters that allow you to search by:
  1. Vehicle Category Type
  2. Vehicle Category

Cancelled Bookings Report

This report now has a Merchant Fee fields, to show any merchant fee costs that is still applied to the canceled booking.

Fleet Finance Report

This report now has a field showing the vehicles Current Location.
