Unallocated Booking or Quotation Report
Purpose:
The Unallocated Booking or Quotation Report allows you to view all unallocated bookings and quotations for selected locations, regions, brands, booking dates, booking sources and pickup dates.
This can be useful for seeing which bookings need to be allocated a vehicle over a selected date range.
Accessing Unallocated Booking or Quotation Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> New Booking Report >> Unallocated Booking or Quotation Report
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | Report can be run for All Locations or a specific Pickup Location. |
Region | Report can be run for all regions or a specific region. If both a Pickup Location and a Region are selected, then the Region will be applied. |
Brands | Report can be all for All Brands or a specific Brand. |
Booking Type | The status of the reservations included in the report. The options are:

Booking Date Range | Only bookings or quotes that were created within the date range entered here will be returned in this report. |
Source | Report can be run for all Rental Sources or a specific Rental Source. |
Apply Pickup date Range. | If you wish to also apply a Pickup Date Range when running this report, tick this option. |
Pickup Date Range | If the Apply Pickup Date Range flag is ticked, this the bookings and quotes returned for this booking will also need to have their pickup date fall within this date range. |
Example:
Res # | The reservation number of either the unallocated booking or the quote. There will be either a U or a Q in front of the number depending on whether it is a booking or a quote respectively. You can click on this red reservation number to view the Booking Summary screen. |
Status | The status of the reservation, there are several options for this

Date Entered | The date the booking/quote was created. However, if the booking started as a quote, then this is the date the quote was converted to an unallocated booking. |
Entered By | The operator who entered the booking/quote. However, if the booking started as a quote, then this is the operator who converted the quote to an unallocated booking. |
Category | The Category against the booking/quote |
CustomerID | The ID of the customer against the booking/quote |
Customer | The name of the customer against the booking/quote |
Email | The email of the customer against the booking/quote |
Phone | The phone number saved against the booking/quote. |
| Mobile | The mobile saved against the booking/quote. |
| Source | The Rental Source assigned to the booking/quote. |
Campaign Code | The Campaign Code assigned to this booking if applicable |
Agency | The Agency the booking was made through, if applicable. |
Agent Branch | The Agent Branch the booking was made throuh, if applicable. |
| Pick Up | The Pickup Location for the booking/quote. |
Pickup Date | The Pickup Date and Time for the booking/quote. |
| Drop Off | The Drop Off Location for the booking/quote. |
Drop Off Date | The Drop Off Date and Time for the booking/quote. |
| Rental Value | The total cost of the booking/quote. |
Payment Amount | The total payments that have been saved against the booking/quote. |
