Regional Locations
Purpose
Locations can be linked to a Region to make your Regional Locations.
For example, if you have 'Brisbane Airport' and 'Gold Coast Airport ' set up as locations , you could create a Region called Queensland ('QLD') and link both locations to the Region. The linking of the locations to the region creates the regional location record.
Accessing Regional Locations
The Regional Locations tab can be found under the location submenu in the System Setup.

Adding and Viewing a Regional Location record
On the Regional Locations page, a list of your current records will be displayed. To view an existing record, click on the Location name in red text. To add a new regional location, click "Add Location and Region".
On the New Location and Region page, select the Region and Location from the drop down lists. Click Submit to save the new record.
You will be taken back to the the main Regional Locations page, where you will see the newly-added record.
