Agent Locations allows you to determine if a booking can be made by an agent  for a  certain location.   

You can set each  location to agent available or not agent available by setting the "Agent Available" field to "Yes or "No". 

You can access Agent Locations through the Agent Bookings Setup menu.

Agent Bookings Setup > Agent Locations.

To set Agent Availability, click on the relevant Location name in red text.

This will then take you to the screen as seen below.

Select  "Yes" or "No" depending on your requirements. 

Click the "Submit" button to save changes.

These changes will be reflected in the Agent Locations table.
