  5. Set the master location if applicable
  6. Specify the minimum driver age
  7. Set the number of days notice required

  9. Specify the offices opening hours
  10. Allow after hour bookings
  11. Set the fee for after hours pickups
  12. Allow unattended dropoffs
  13. Set the fee for unattended dropoffs

Accessing Web Locations

Web Locations can be accessed under the Website Interface menu.

On the update page all parameters are set to No or 0 by default. Office hours are set to the office hours for each location by default.
The office hours are defined within the Location Hours tab (System Setup > Locations > Location Hours).

Once your Web Locations have been setup they will be available for selection on your website.

After Hours Bookings

There are two settings that control whether vehicles can be picked-up and dropped-off outside office hours. They work in combination, so:
  1. If "After Hours Booking" is No and "Allow Un-Attended Dropoffs" is No - Vehicles can only be picked up and dropped off during office hours
  2. If "After Hours Booking" is No and "Allow Un-Attended Dropoffs" is Yes- Vehicles can only be picked up during office hours, but they can be dropped off outside office hours as well
  3. If "After Hours Booking" is Yes, then "Allow Un-Attended Dropoffs" does not matter - Vehicles can be picked up and dropped off outside of office hours.

You can choose any extra fee to be the After Hours Fee and Unattended Drop-offs Charge. So, when an after-hours booking is made, these fees will automatically be applied to the booking as a separate mandatory fee. It does not matter if these extra fees are marked as Web or Agent Available, they will still apply to any after-hours booking that is made.
