Purpose
The Quote Status setup table allows you to create the quote statuses you require to assist in managing your quotations. The quote statuses created will display in the Quote Status drop down box on the Booking Details tab of a quote.
This function is primarily used to allow staff to see if a quote has or needs any following up but can assist in increasing the quote conversion rate.
The screenshot below shows the location of the Quote Status drop down list on a quotation. (on the Booking Details tab).
Accessing Quote Statuses
Quotes Statuses is found under the System Setup menu.
System Setup > Quote Statuses
Viewing and Adding Quote Statuses
Any pre existing records will show on the Quote Statuses tab. To add a new record, click "Add Quote Statuses".
This will open the new Quotes Status page where you can make a new record. Once you have filled in the mandatory fields, click "Submit" to save.
