Purpose
The Reasons not Converted setup table allows you to set up your own list of Reasons to provide when a Quote has not been converted to a booking. This allows better analysis when you are looking at Quote Conversion Rates.
Accessing the Reasons Not Converted tab
The Reasons Not Converted tab can be found under the Quote Statuses icon under the System Setup menu.
System Setup > Quote Statuses > Reasons Not Convert
Viewing and Adding Reason Not Converted records
Any pre existing records will show on the Reason Not Convert tab. To add a new record, click "Add Reasons Not Convert".
This will open the new Reasons Not Converted page where you can make a new record. Once you have filled in the mandatory fields, click "Submit" to save.

Reasons Not Converted | Enter the Reason for the quote not being converted name. |
Default Item | You can make a reason not converted record to be the default option when a quote is not being converted into a booking. |
