Online Check In Report

Purpose: 

The Online Check in report allows you to easily see which bookings have had a Check in email sent out to the customer. You are also able to see if the customer has completed the  Check in process.
If the customer has not completed the Check in process, you are able to re-send the email from this report.

Accessing Online Check In Report :

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Online Check in Report



Parameters/Filters:


Pickup LocationThis report can be run by the reservations Pickup Location. 
Region
The report can also be run for all or a specific Region. If both a Pickup Location and Region are selected, then the Region will be applied.
Date Type
This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:
  1. Date Reminder Email Sent
  2. Check in Completed
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to this report.


Example:





Res #
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Date Reminder Sent
The date the Check in Reminder Email was sent
Online Check in Completed
If the customer has completed the Check in Process this field is flagged as Yes.
Date Completed
The date the Check in Process was completed.
Email
The email address of the customer.
Sent Email
IF the Check in Process has not been completed and there is an email address for the customer, an option will be here to email the Checkin Reminder to the customer again.
