ID Check - Request Report
Purpose
The ID Check - Request Report covers what Identity Check requests have been sent. The results will show both Identity Checks that have been sent which have been completed or are still yet to be completed by the customer. This report importantly shows the Identity Check Status, whether it passed, failed or is still under review. Once the check has been marked as a Pass or Fail, you can also view the ID Check Details and ID PDF Overview directly from this report.
Note that if the biometric verification failed any areas of the check, the "ID Check Status" field in this report will show as under "REVIEW". You will be able to review the data and manually Pass or Fail the Identity Check inside your own APLYiD account. Any changes made there will also be updated on this report.
Accessing the ID Check - Request Report
This report can only be accessed if you are registered to the Online Identity Check service.
Reports > Other Reports > ID Check - Requests
Parameters / Filters
| Pickup Location | This report can be run for all locations or a specific location. Note this is based on the reservation's pickup location |
| Date Range | This is the date range that will be used in the report. The results will be based on the reservation's pickup date |
Once you have set the Parameters / Filters, Click "View" to run the report.
Example
Field Descriptions
Reservation No | Clicking on the reservation number in red will take you to the Booking Details for that booking |
Name | The customer's name saved against the booking |
Mobile | The customer's mobile number saved against the booking |
Pickup Location | The pickup location for that booking |
Pickup Date Time | The pickup date and time for that booking |
Drop off Date Time | The drop off date and time for that booking |
ID Check Status | The statuses for the Identity Check are as below: Blank "-": Customer hasn't completed the identity check yet REVIEW: According to ApplyID, some of the checks are uncertain and the Identity Check has failed verification, so it requires you to perform a manual review in you ApplyID account. PASS: According to ApplyID, the overall status is Low Risk, and so the completed Identity Check has passed the verification. FAIL: According to ApplyID, the overall status is High Risk, and the completed Identity Check has failed verification after being manually reviewed. |
| ID Check | You will have the option to click on the icon under this field which will open a new window and display the brief Identification Verification Details |
ID PDF Report | Once the the ID Check Status has a Pass or Fail mark, you will have the option to click on the icon under this field which will open a new window and display the detailed Identification Details PDF Report |
