ID Check - Completed Report
Purpose
The ID Check - Completed Report keeps track of all Online Identity Checks completed by your customers. This report covers the overall status and result of the Identity Check, as well as the Pass and Fail marks given to the specific verification processes that the customer had to undergo whilst completing the Identity Check. If the verification successfully Passed, the PDF Report and Details of that Identity Check can be viewed from this report.
Note that if the biometric verification failed any areas of the check, this report will maintain a status of under "REVIEW". You will be able to review the data and manually Pass or Fail the Identity Check inside your own APLYiD account. Any changes made there will also be updated on this report.
Accessing the ID Check - Completed Report
This report can only be accessed if you are registered to the Online Identity Check Service.
Reports > Other Reports > ID Check - Completed
Parameters / Filters
| Status | From the drop down select a status or all of the following options: PASS (Identity Check Passed) FAIL (Identity Check Failed/ Needs to be Reviewed) |
Date Range | This is the date range that will be used in the report. The results will be based on when the identity check was processed |
Once you have set the parameters / filters, click "View" to run the report.
Example
Field Descriptions
Status | The Statuses for the Identity Check are as below: REVIEW: According to ApplyID, some of the checks are uncertain and the Identity Check has failed verification, so it requires you to perform a manual review in you ApplyID account. PASS: According to ApplyID, the overall status is Low Risk, and so the completed Identity Check has passed the verification. FAIL: According to ApplyID, the overall status is High Risk, and the completed Identity Check has failed verification after being manually reviewed. |
Reservation No | Clicking on the reservation number in red will take you to the Booking Details for the booking |
Pickup Location | The pickup location for that booking |
Last Updated | When this Identity Check was last updated |
Name | The customer's name as processed in the Identity Check |
Mobile | The mobile number that was the Identity Check was sent to |
Overall Result | The overall result of the Identity Check. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
ID Document | Whether or not the ID Document that was scanned was verified successfully. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Document Checks | The Document Checks assesses if the information scanned match what the document itself shows. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Biometrics | This field checks whether the face on the scanned document matches the liveness image the customer had to do. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Politically Exposed Person | A politically exposed person is one who has been entrusted with a prominent public function. Whether the customer doing the Identity Check was entrusted using this function. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Location | If the location matches the document given. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Address | If the address on the document matches what was checked and confirmed by the customer. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
Full Name | If the full name on the document matches what was checked and confirmed by the customer. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
DOB | If the date of birth on the document matches what was checked and confirmed by the customer. Two result types: Pass or Fail |
PDF Report | Once the Status field has a Pass or Fail mark, you will have the option to click on the icon under this field which will open a new window and display the detailed Identification Details PDF Report. |
Details | You will have the option to click on the icon under this field which will open a new window and display the brief Identification Verification Details |
