Fuel Charge Report

Purpose:

The Fuel Charges report will allow you to easily see the fuel levels of vehicles when they were hired and returned. It will also show if any extra fuel charge was added to the booking. 

Accessing Fuel Charge Report:

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Missing Mileage/Km Report >> Fuel Charge Report




Parameters/Filters:


Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Date Range
This is the date range that will be used in the report 

Example:



Category
The category assigned to the booking.
Model
The model of the vehicle assigned to the booking.
Rego
The registration number of the vehicle assigned to the booking.
Fleet #
The fleet number of the vehicle assigned to the booking.
Res #
The reservation number of the booking with a fuel charge against it.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Pickup 
The pickup location associated with the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off
The drop off location of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Fuel Out
The fuel level of the vehicle when it was hired.
Fuel In
The fuel level of the vehicle when it was returned.
Fuel Cost
The fuel charge that was added to the booking.
