View Logins Report

View Logins Report

Purpose:

The View Logins report allows you to see which users have logged into RCM and when they logged in.
It allows you to see whether they had access to view the credit card information in the secure vault when they were logged in, and if they didn't the reason why.

Accessing View Logins Report:

There are two ways you can access this report within the RCM menu structure.

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> User Login Logs

The second way is System Setup >> Users >> Login History

Notes
The notes information lets you know how they were authenticated and whether they had access to view the information in the credit card vault when they logged in.
The first part of this information lets you know the authentication method used. Some examples are:
  1. User logged in with TFA
  2. User logged in from IP address that has been authorised by the company.
  3. User logged in from an approved IP address
  4. User is logging in from same country as company
  5. User logged in from country that has been authorised by the company
The second part of the information flags Yes or No for vault access.

Points to Note:

If the user has been flagged as not having access to the vault, this is because they have not logged in using either TFA or an authorised IP address.
