Birthday Report
Purpose
The Birthday Report allows you to extract customer records that have birthdays between selected months.
The report is normally used to extract a list of customers with upcoming birthdays so discount offers can be sent for the customer's next hire. The list can then be printed or exported, which in turn can be imported into such avenues such as email promotions.
Accessing the Birthday Report
Reports > Other Reports > Birthday Report
Parameters / Filters
Pickup Location or Region | Select either a location or region. All Locations will be the default setting. When generating the report, if you have selected a region, this will override the location. |
Brand | Select all or a pre existing brand. |
Pickup Date | By default, the pickup date range is set to the current system date. You change the dates to run the report for a maximum of 12 months - April 2020 - April 2021. Note this filter only applies to Hired, Returned and Closed Bookings - Not Reservations. |
Country | Select all or one country of customers you want to generate from the report. Note this is the customer's current residence - not what country their license was issued in. |
Birthday | By default, the report is set to generate customer birthdays for the current month. You may select another range of months, if needed. |

Once you have set the Parameters / Filters, click "View" to run the report.

Field Descriptions
Company | If applicable, the company the customer is associated with will show under this heading. |
First Name | The customer's first name. |
Last Name | The customer's last name. |
DOB | The customers date of birth. |
Address | The customer's address. |
State | The state where the customer lives, and their postcode. |
Country | The country where the customer lives. |
Email | The customer's email address. |
Mobile | The customer's mobile number. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the customer's booking. |
