View SMS Text Message
Purpose:
The View SMS Text Message report displays all text messages sent from Rental Car Manager. You can view sent SMS messages for certain locations, operators and date ranges.
Accessing View SMS Text Message:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> View SMS Text Message
Parameters/Filters:
Operator Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location |
Operator | The report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator |
Date SMS Sent | The date rang to be applied to the report. |
Example:
Res | The reservation number of the booking the SMS message is associated with. |
Mobile | The mobile number the SMS message was sent to. |
Date Sent | The date and time the SMS message was sent. |
Sent By | The name of the operator who sent the SMS message. |
Message | The SMS message sent. |
