Stop Sale Booking List
Purpose:
The Stop Sale Booking List allows you to see the listing of bookings that are taken into account when the Stop Sale Check is done. It will show all allocated and unallocated bookings that fall within the booking period.
Accessing Stop Sale Booking List:
Web Site Interface >> Stop Sale >> Booking List in Date Range
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This is the pickup location of the booking period you are wanting to see a listing for. |
Category | The category of vehicle you are wanting to see a listing for. |
Date Range | The date range you are wanting a booking listing for. |
Example:
Status | The status of the booking. |
Res # | The reservation number of the booking. If it has a U in front of the number, it is an unallocated booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Category | The vehicle category assigned to the booking. |
Rego | the registration number of the vehicle assigned to the booking. |
Pickup | The pickup date and time of the booking. |
Drop Off | The drop off date and time of the booking. |
Turnaround Hours | The turnaround hours that need to be taken into account when allocating a vehicle. |
Points to Note:
- This list includes Allocated, Unallocated and On Request bookings, each of these bookings is counted as a vehicle required for the stop sale period.
- Any Turnaround Hours that have been setup have been taken into account.
