Agent Booking List

Purpose:

The Agent Booking List report lets you view bookings made by agents. You can filter the results by location, booking type and date.
This can be useful for getting an overview of bookings that are made by agents, you can also view the value of the bookings and other booking details.

Accessing Agent Booking List:

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Agent Booking List


Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Booking Type
This report can be run for one of the following Booking Types:
  1. Bookings
  2. All Cancelled Bookings
  3. Bookings Cancelled by Agent API
Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following Date Range Types:
  1. Pickup Date
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Date Booked
  4. Date Cancelled
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to the report.

Example:



Res #
The reservation number of the booking.
rcmReferenceID
The rcmReferenceID of the booking. This information is used by the APIs
Reference #
The Reference number assigned to the booking.
Status
The status of the booking
Date Booked
The date the booking was created.
Date Cancelled
The date the booking was cancelled.
Agency Region
If the Agent Branch has a region against it, it will appear here.
Agent
The name of the Agent against the booking.
Branch Code
The Branch Code for the agent against the booking.
Agent Name
The name of the agent assigned to the booking.
Customer 
The name of the customer assigned to the booking.
Company
The name of the company assigned to the booking.
Category
The vehicle category assigned to the booking.
Pick Up
The pickup location of the booking.
Pick Up Date
The pick up date of the booking.
Drop Off
The drop off location of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
# Days
The number of rental days in the booking.
Rental Value
The rental revenue of the booking, this is the rental rates,
Extra Value (inc insurance)
The cost of all of the extra fees against the booking, including any insurance option.
Total Value
The total cost of the booking.
