Fleet List
Purpose
The Fleet List is a list that includes the details of all the vehicles currently in your fleet.
Note that it does not include deleted vehicles - you can view those on the Deleted Vehicles list.
Accessing the Fleet List

Parameters/Filters
There are various parameters and filters you can apply to the list to allow you to view a specific set of vehicles.
Location | The owning location of the vehicle |
Category Type | The Category Type of the vehicle |
Category | The Vehicle Category you wish to include |
Make/Model | Only include vehicles of a certain make and model |
Owned By | The Company the vehicle is owned by |
Vehicle Status | Which vehicles to include in the report:

Year | Vehicles from a particular year |
Include other locations vehicles | Include vehicles owned by other locations that are currently sitting at this one. |
Include Cat. Fields | When checked, an additional field will display on the report with any Category Fields that have been set against the vehicle- eg: sunroof, tow bar, etc |
Calculate Days since Last Hire | When checked, an additional field will display on the report showing the number of days since the last hire |
Example
The fields on this report are the details that have been entered into the vehicle update record for each vehicle.
Points to Note
Note that you can click on the red Registration number to open the Vehicle Update form if you need to make any updates. The Owning Company, Puchase Price, Days Since Last Hire and Category Fields are the only things that canoot be updated here.
Virtual Vehicles are highlighted at the bottom of the report for easy identification.
If 'Include Cat. Fields' is checked, the additional column will display at the far right of the report.
