CDW Sold - Original/Final

Purpose:

The CDW Sold Original/Final report will any bookings  that fall within the date range where there is an insurance option against the booking. Information will only appear for insurance options where the Pay Operator Commission flag has been set to Yes. The information is grouped by Operator.
The report will detail the original insurance option against the booking and who sold it. It will also detail the final insurance option against the booking and who sold that.

Parameters/Filters:


Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
This location applies to the pickup locations of bookings.
Report Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:
  1. Pickup Date
  2. Drop Off Date
Report Date Range
The date range that will be applied to this report.

Example:




Res
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Status
The status of the booking.
Category
The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking. 
Operator Entered
The name of the operator who created the booking.
1st CDW Sold
The name of the operator who sold the original insurance option.
This original insurance option is the one assigned to the booking at the time it was created.
Original CDW
The name of the original insurance option sold.
This original insurance option is the one assigned to the booking at the time it was created.
Final Operator Sold
The name of the operator who sold the last insurance option assigned to the booking.
Final CDW Sold
The name of the last insurance option assigned to the booking.
Final CDW RateThe daily cost of the final insurance option assigned to the booking.
Booking Total
The total cost of the booking.
Customer
The name of the customer assigned to the booking.
Pickup
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off
The drop off date of the booking.

Points to Note:

  1. The original insurance option is the insurance option that was assigned to the booking when it was created.
  2. Over the course of a booking, the insurance option may be changed more than once. The last option assigned to the booking is what is included in this report.
  3. This report allows you to see if there have been any changes between both what was originally sold and also who originally sold it.
  4. It also allows you to see if the insurance option is unchanged, but the person selling the option is different. This may happen if an operator removes an insurance option from a booking, then updates the booking again to add the same option back on.
