CDW Sales Details Report

Purpose:

The CDW Sales Details report will list any insurance that has been sold for bookings that fall within the date range entered as the reporting period. This report allows you to keep a track of the insurance options sold by staff members allowing for the calculation of any operator commissions.
Information will only appear for insurance options where the Pay Operator Commission flag has been set to Yes.
Any Insurance option with a $0 value will not be included in this report.

Parameters/Filters:


Location Type
This report can be run for one of the following location types:
  1. Pickup Location
  2. Operator Location
Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Report Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following date types:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Pickup Date
Report Date Range
The Date Range this report will be run for.

Example:



The information in the report is group by the RCM Operator.
Branch
The Location being reported upon.
This is either the Operator location or the pickup location, depending on the option chosen when running the report.
CDW Sold By
The name of the operator who sold the CDW for this booking.
Category
The vehicle category assigned to the booking.
Res
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red number will open the Booking Details screen.
Status
The status of the booking.
Booked By
The name of the operator who created the booking.
Date Entered
The date the booking was created.
Source
The source of the booking.
Agent
The name of the agent who is associated with the booking.
Referred By
If the booking was created as the result of a referral, this is the name of the referrer.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Insurance
The name of the insurance that has been assigned to the booking.
Days Sold
The number of rental days for the booking.
CDW Revenue
The value for the CDW option assigned to the booking.

Points to Note:

  1. The Operator recorded against any sale of Insurance is always the LAST operator that adds an insurance fee on.
    Subsequent changes of the fee will not be recorded, and can not be shown on this report.
    Hence the Operator displayed here will be the last operator to have added an Insurance fee to the booking.
  2. The operator who converts a Quote to a Booking will be allocated any CDW commissions due.
  3. Non-commissionable insurance options are NOT included in this report.
    To check if insurance is commissionable see the "Pay Operator Commission" flag on the Insurance Fees screen. When this is set to "No" the insurance fee is excluded from this report.
