Forward Booking - Daily Reservation By Source

The Forward Booking – Daily Revenue by Source Report prints a breakdown of forward bookings and compares these against the previous year.

It groups the information based upon the Rental Source and then breaks the information down to a daily rate.

Pickup Location	This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location
Category Type	This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type.
Group By	You can choose to group the information in this report by one of the following options: Category Type Category
Rented Date Range	This is the date range that be applied to the booking. This will apply to bookings that are rented during this period.
Apply Booking Date Range	You can also choose to apply a booking date range as well. To do this simply check this box.
Booking Date Range	The booking date range that will be applied.

The report results are grouped by either the Category Type or the Category and then within each of these, it is grouped by the Rental Source.

Category Type or Category	Either the category Type or the Vehicle Category.
Source	The Rental Source associated with the booking.
No Days Sold	The number of days during the reporting period that vehicles for this category/category type and rental source have been on hire.
Rental Revenue	The total amount of rental revenue collected during the reporting period for bookings for this category/category type and rental source.
DDA Nett Rate Daily Dollar Average Nett	The Daily Dollar AVG Nett is the average daily Rental Revenue rate. This is calculated by Rental Revenue divided by Days Sold.
Extra Fees	The total amount of extra fees assigned to bookings for the vehicle category/category type and rental source during the reporting period.
Insurance	The total amount of insurance options assigned to bookings for the vehicle category/category type and rental source during the reporting period.
Total Revenue	The total cost of the bookings for the vehicle category/category type and rental source during the reporting period.
DDA Gross Rate Daily Dollar Average Gross	The Daily Dollar AVG Gross is the average daily total rate. This is calculated by Total Revenue divided by Days Sold.

Report values are calculated based on the number of Contract days in the Selected Date Range.
The Extra Revenues does not include Recovered Expenses or Bond fees.
All Revenues include the Country Sales Tax, but do not include State Sales Tax.
DDA Nett (Daily Dollar Average Nett) is calculated by Rental Revenue/Days
DDA Gross (Daily Dollar Average Gross) is calculated by Total Revenue/Days
