Historical Forward Bookings Report
Purpose:
The Historical Forward Booking Report allows you to see for a particular point in time, which bookings would have been considered to be a forward booking. This means for a point in time, which bookings were created before this date where they have a pickup date that occurs after this date.
You can choose to include cancelled bookings in this report.
Accessing Historical Forward Bookings Report:
Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> Historical Forward Bookings
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report ca be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Brand | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Booking Before | The date that will be used to determine f the booking is a forward booking or not. Any booking returned will need to have Pickup date after this date and a date entered before this date. |
Include Cancelled Bookings | You can choose to either include or exclude cancelled bookings in this report. |
Example:
Res # | The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Status | The status of the booking. |
Category | The vehicle category associated with the booking. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle that has been assigned to the booking |
Customer | The name of the customer that has been assigned to the booking. |
Company | The name of the company that has been assigned to the booking. |
Pickup | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking. |
Drop Off | The drop off location of the booking. |
Drop Off Date | The drop off date of the booking. |
Date Booked | The date the booking was created. |
Rental Value | The total value of the booking. |
Payments | The total of any payments that have been recorded against the booking. |
