Forward Bookings Vs Budget Report
Purpose:
The Forward Booking vs Budget report compares current forward bookings with the Sales Budget.
Accessing Forward Bookings Vs Budget Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Forward Bookings Report >> Forward Booking Vs Budget
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Pickup Date Range | The pickup date range that will be applied to the report. |
Example:
Category | The vehicle category being reported on. |
Budget Rental | The total Budget Rental amount for this category during the reporting period. |
Forward Rental | The total amount of rental revenue for bookings where the pickup date falls within the reporting period. |
Budget Extra Fees | The total of the Budget Extra Fees for this category during the reporting period. |
Forward Extra Fees | The total amount of any extra fees against bookings where the pickup date falls within the reporting period. |
Budget Insurance | The total of the Budget Insurance for this category during the reporting period. |
Forward Insurance | The total amount of any insurance options against bookings where the pickup date falls within the reporting period. |
Budget Total Revenue | The total of the Budget Total Revenue for this category during the reporting period. |
Forward Total Revenue | The total cost of any bookings where the pickup date falls within the reporting period. |
Budget AVG Rate | The Budget AVG rate for this category during the reporting period. |
Forward AVG Rate | The Average rate of any bookings where the pickup date falls within the reporting period. |
Points to Note:
- This Report compares current bookings with the Sales Budget.
- The Report is based on Reservations with Pickups in the Selected Date Range.
- The Report does not include non-revenue bookings.
- The Forward Extra Fees do not include Recovered Expenses or Bond fees.
