Deleted Vehicles List
Purpose
The Deleted Vehicle List is a list that includes the details of all the vehicles that have been deleted from your fleet.
Note that deleted vehicles still retain their transaction history. Deleting a vehicle will not delete the information relating to the vehicle, it will still be accessible when viewing the vehicle and in historical reports.
Important Note!
Once a vehicle is deleted, it cannot be moved back into the current fleet - it would need to be recreated using the Vehicle Update screen and the previous history would not be consolidated.
It is recommended that you set a vehicle to inactive if there is any likelihood of it returning to the fleet.
Accessing the Deleted Vehicle List
Vehicle Maintenance>>Fleet List - Select the Deleted Vehicles tab
Running and Viewing the List
You can choose to filter by the Location and the Deleted Date, Fleet no, Rego, Size or Year.
Click on "View" once you have made your selections.
To View more information relating to the Deleted Vehicle, click on the Red rego number.
This will open a screen with all of the available Vehicle Information
You can click on the "View Details" option for the Rental Sales and Maintenance Costs to view further information in these areas.
