Current Fleet Status Report
Purpose
The Current Fleet status report allows you to view the status of any vehicle in your fleet at the present time. This includes whether the vehicle is Off Fleet, Virtual, currently on Hire, currently on Maintenance and also if it is Available. It will also show you the basic information of the vehicle - its category, model, registration number and location.
This report can be useful in allowing you to easily determine the amount of vehicles available for hire that are at a certain location, as it can be filtered by location, category and status.
Accessing the Current Fleet Status Report
Go to Vehicle Maintenance >> Current Fleet Status
Filters and Parameters
Location Type | The report can be filtered according to a vehicles Current Location or Owning Location. |
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. Only vehicles with this recorded as their relevant location will appear in the report. |
Category Type | The report can be run for All Category Types or a specific Category Type. Only vehicles of this Category Type will appear in the report. |
Category | Only vehicles of this Category will appear in the report. The report can be run for All Category or a specific Category. |
Model | This allows you to filter the report for vehicles of a specific Make and Model. |
Owning Company | This will provide a drop down of all the companies set up in your system. Only Vehicles with this recorded as their Owning Company in their Purchase information will appear in the report. |
Status | This allows you to filter the vehicles according to the statuses set in the Vehicle Update page.

Year | Only Vehicles of this selected Year will appear in the report. |
Example
Category Type | The Category Type of the vehicle. |
| Category | The Category of the vehicle. |
Make & Model | The Make and Model of the vehicle. |
Fleet# | The Fleet Number of the vehicle. |
Rego# | The Registration Number of the vehicle. |
State | The State the vehicle is registered in. |
Owning Location | The Owning Location of the vehicle. |
Current Location | The Current Location of the vehicle. |
Current Status | The Current Status of the vehicle, this can be any of the following:

Reservation | If the vehicle is currently out on a booking and has the Current Status of Hired, Maintenance or Non-Revenue, this will display the Reservation Number of the booking. Clicking on this red link will open the Booking Details page. |
Exporting
At the top of the report, there is a button called "Export All". This will create and download an excel file with a complete list of all the vehicles in your system. This document will display all the vehicle's information as described in the report above, but the vehicles will not be filtered by the selected Parameters; they will all display instead.
