Customer Documents Emails and Functions
Once a Booking has been created, there are various Documents that can be printed or emailed to the customer.
There are also various functions and add-ons that can be utilised to streamline the booking process.
The documents, emails and functions can be found at the bottom of the Booking Summary or on the Booking Documents Tab of the booking as below.

Summary - A simple printable overview of the booking
Agreement
Opens the Agreement for Printing
Print Invoice
Opens a Printable Proforma Tax Invoice for Reservation status or Tax Invoice when the status is returned.
Print Receipt
Creates a printable receipt to give to the Customer
Print Confirmation
Creates a printable version of the Confirmation
Image/Uploads
Opens a form where you can view or upload documents ( document or image) against a booking.
Email Overview:
Receipt
Allows you to Email the Receipt to the Customer
Invoice and Confirmation
Allows you to Email the Invoice or Confirmation
Agreement
Gives you the option to Email the Agreement to the Customer. If you have Electronic Signatures setup, it will also send an Invite for the Customer to E-Sign.
There is also an option to include a link for the Customer to Pre Check-in.
Credit Card Link
Send a link to the Customer to enter their Credit Card details on line
Email Customer
Allows you to choose a custom email template to send to the customer
Online Check-In Reminder
Allows you to manually send an Online Check in Email to the Customer. This can also be setup to send automatically
'Other' Overview:
Additional Drivers
Opens the booking with the Additional Driver area open to view any existing Drivers, and to allow quick entry of Additional Driver Information
Insurance Agent
Allows you to enter and store any Customer Insurance details
Pickup Sign
Generates a sign that can be used for Airport Pickups. It includes all information required including the Flight details if entered.
Notes
Allows you to view existing notes and add additional notes to the booking
SMS
Only available if the SMS function is setup - allows you to send an SMS to the Customer
Vehicle Inspection
Opens a Clickable Vehicle Inspection Diagram
Vehicle Details
Displays a brief summary of the Vehicle Details
Lock Box Pick Up
Only available if Smart Lock Boxes are in use - Assign a Lock Box to the booking
Printing Documents from RCM
All major internet browsers contain basic printing features, this includes Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
As Rental Car Manager is browser based all printing is managed by your browser.
