Online Credit Card Entry Templates - Email CC Link and Online Bookings
Purpose
There are two templates that apply to Online Credit Card Entry.
1. Online Credit Card Entry (Email CC Link)
2. Online Credit Card Entry (online Booking and Convert Quote to Booking)
These templates allow you to configure the text that will display on the screen when a customer enters their Credit Card details.
Accessing the Templates
System Setup >> Rental Agreement and Other Templates
The Online Credit Card Entry templates are available from the list.
Select the Template to update rom the List and enter the required text as below.
Online Credit Card Entry ( Email CC Link)
The Email CC link function is found on the bottom of the Booking Summary or on the Documents tab of the booking.
When you click on the Credit Card Link button, the email form will display.
Here you can edit/add any email addresses, enter the email message, add attachments and Preview and Send the email from this form.
When the Customer receives the email, there will be a link to the online CC entry screen.
The user is taken to the online CC entry screen to enter their Credit Card Details, when complete the following screen will display.
The Text Highlighted in Yellow below is the text that you configured in the Template.
Online Credit Card Entry (Online Booking and Convert Quote to Booking)
This template is used when a customer books a vehicle online and enters their Credit Card Details
or
When customer is emailed a Quote and clicks on the link in the email to 'Convert Quote to Booking' as below.
The same screen will appear in both instances as below - the highlighted text is the text entered into the template.
