Credit Card Vault Log

Purpose

The Credit Card Vault Log allows you to see which of your operators have been viewing the credit card details that are stored in the secure vault. Every time a credit card is viewed in the secure vault, a record is written to a log with the date and time it was viewed along with the operator who viewed it.

Parameters

The Date Range and Reservation Number can be used as parameters when running this report. 
You are also able to stipulate whether the date range is used or not when running the report.

Use Dates
If this option is ticked, which it is by default, then only records where the date viewed falls within the date range entered will be returned.
If this option is not ticked, then the date viewed will not be checked when retrieving records.
Date Range
This is the date the credit card was viewed in the secure vault.
Res No
If a value is entered for Res No, only records where the credit card viewed was saved against the reservation matching the entered Res No will be retrieved.

Date
The date the credit card was viewed.
Time
The time the credit card was viewed
User
The operator who viewed the credit card
Res #
The reservation number of the reservation that the operator was looking at when they viewed the credit card information.
Last 4 Digits
The last 4 digits of the credit card that was viewed. this will allow you to know which card was viewed if there is more than one credit card saved against the reservation.
Type
The type of the credit card that was view, i.e, Visa, Mastercard.
