Credit Card Vault Costs Report

Purpose:

As there is a cost involved with the use of the secure credit card vault, the Credit Card Vault Costs report allows you to see what the costs for this usage will be.

Accessing Credit Card Vault Costs Report:

Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> Credit Card Vault Costs


Parameters/Filters:




Month
The Month the report will be run for.
Year
The Year the report will be run for.
Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
This is the pickup location of the bookings where the credit card was saved.
Report Type
This report can be run as either:
  1. a Summary version, where one row is returned with the information for the entire month,
  2. a Per Day Version, where a separate row is returned for each day in the month.

Summary Version




Month
The month being reported on
New Cards Saved
The total number of new cards that were added to the secure vault during the reporting period.
Cards Viewed
The total number of credit cards that were viewed in the secure vault during the reporting period.
Card Used in Transaction
The total number of times a credit card in the secure vault was used in a transaction.
Cost
The costs incurred during the reporting period for the cards being added, viewed and used.
Total cards stored for more than 3 months
The total number of cards that have been stored in the secure credit card vault for a period longer than 3 months.
The number of cards will be listed and the cost for these cards is shown as well.
Clicking on the Magnifying glass next to the Total cards stored, will open a pop-up listing all the cards that have been stored for a period longer than 3 months.
Total vault cost for month
The total cost of the credit card vault for the month being reported on.
It is important to note that this amount does not include the monthly flat fee of $10.

Date & Time
The date the card was saved into the secure credit card vault
Token Expiry Date
The date the token will expire, this is the date the card will no longer be accessible via the secure credit card vault.
Storage period
The number of days the card has been stored in the vault.
Reservation Reference
The Reservation Reference is a unique identifier for the booking which is used if you are using the APIs.
This is for the booking the card was saved against.
Reservation #
The reservation number of the booking that the card was saved against.
Cardholder
The card holder name on the card saved in the vault.
Card Type
The card type of the card saved in the vault.
Last 4
The last four digits of the card saved in the vault.
Card Expiry Date
The expiry date of the card saved in the vault.
Magnify
Clicking on this magnifying glass will open the Booking Details screen for the booking the credit card was saved against.

Per Day Version

Below is an example of the Per Day version of this report. You can see it has the same information; it just separately displays a record for each day in the month being reported on.

Clicking on the Magnifying glass next to one of the days will open up the listing for that day of all cards added, viewed and used.
