Purpose
The 'Bookings without a Credit Card' option allows you to easily identify and view bookings that do not have a credit card saved against them.
This feature allows you to view for all locations or a specific location, and filtered to include hired, returned, future or all bookings.
Accessing the Bookings Without a Credit Card Tab
The Bookings without a credit card tab can be found under the Credit Card Token Expiry List submenu in Reservations.

Display Bookings Without a Credit Card
1. Open the Bookings without credit cards tab (Reservations > Credit Card Token Expiry List > Bookings without a credit card).
2. On the Bookings without a credit card tab:
A. Select a location to view bookings for.
B. Select a booking status, only bookings with the selected status will be shown. Options are : hired, returned, future or all bookings.
C. Select a date range, only bookings with a pickup date within the selected date range will be displayed.
3. Click “View” to display bookings matching the criteria you’ve selected.
View Booking Details
Click the reservation number (in red) of the booking you want to view.
The booking details page will be opened.
Add a Credit Card to a Booking
Click the 'credit card' icon in the vault column for the booking you want to add a credit card to.
The credit card vault window will then be opened, from here click “Add Card to Vault” and follow the instructions to add the credit card.
