Reservations By Extra Fee Selection Report

Purpose:

The Reservations By Extra Fee reports allow you to view a listing of all of the bookings within a date range and the extra fees that are assigned to them. You can run this report for a single extra fee.

Accessing Reservations By Extra Fee Selection Report:

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Reservations By Extra Fee


Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Brand
If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, then this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand.
Category Type
This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type.
Extra Fee
This report can be run for All Extra Fees or a specific extra fee.
Booking Type
This report can be run for one of the following Booking Types:
  1. All Bookings Within
  2. On Hire Within
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to this report.


Example:




Res
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Category
The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking.
Rego
the registration number of the vehicle that has been assigned to the booking.
Pickup
The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Company
The company that has been assigned to the booking.
Customer Name
The name of the customer that has been assigned to the booking.
Extra Desc
The name of the extra fee.
Type
The type of the extra fee, this relates to how it is charged, e.g., daily, fixed or percentage.
QTY
The quantity of the extra fee assigned to the booking.
Days Sold
the number of rental days of the booking,
Extra Revenue
The total cost of the extra fee on the booking.

Points to Note:

  1. All bookings will be chosen where any part of the booking period falls within the date range selected - not necessarily just the Pickup or Drop Off Dates
  2. "All Bookings Within" will bring back all of the bookings with a status of Reservation, Hired or Returned.
  3. "On Hire Within" will bring back all of the bookings with a status of Hired or Returned.
