Purpose
When making
Extra Fees, you have the option to select an Extra Fee Group.
Extra Fee Groups help manage your extra fees by putting them in order if you have a lot of similar extra fees that can be filed under one group. Eg - GPS, baby seat > You could create an extra Fee Group called "Accessories & Optional Extras".
Ordering your Extra Fee Groups can be a handy time saving tool if you have a lot of Extra Fees. For instance, you want all your Extra Fees that are under the "Accessories & Optional Extras" group at the bottom of all your pre existing fees, you would give the Extra Fee Group a higher number. Eg - 99.
Note that any Extra Fee Groups that don't use ordering will show at the top by default and any number depending on their order, will follow.

The Extras Fees Groups tab is under the in the Extra Fees program within the System Setup menu.

Viewing and Adding Extra Fee Groups
Any pre existing records will show when you go into the Extra Fee Groups tab. To add a new extra fee group, click "Add Extra Fee Groups".
This will open the new Extra Fee Groups page where you can make a new record. Once you have filled in the mandatory field, and optional ordering field if you wish, click "Submit" to save.
Group Name (Mandatory) | Enter the name for the extra fee group. |
Order Number | Enter the order number, which is the order of the group's appearance on the Extra Fees and Extra Fees Groups tabs. |
