Q: What's the best way to check vehicle availability?

A: The Reservation Sheet will visually give you a good indication as to whether a vehicle is available. If you have unallocated bookings, another option is to view the Quick Reservation page. This allows you to enter specific booking dates and will only display vehicles that are available for booking over the entered period. Any unallocated booking requirements are also flagged allowing you to see a more accurate view of actual availability.

Additionally, there are two reports, namely, the Vehicle Availability Report and the Vehicle Scheduling and Availability Report, that you can use to check vehicle availability.
