A. Having added a new Vehicle Category, it will not automatically appear on your web site until a series of actions have been taken. You should check each of the steps below to make sure they are correct:
- The Vehicle Category will need to be set as a "Renting Category" on the Vehicle Categories screen.
- The Vehicle Category needs the "Web Available" flag set to Yes on the Web Vehicle Categories screen.
- Each Location you wish the Category to be available for needs to have a record in the Web Category Availability table for this Category
- There must be a Rate in place for EVERY day that you try to make a booking on the web. If the system finds a zero rate, the Category will NOT show on the site. Rates By Season
- You will need to ensure that the default season and all future seasons have rates set up for this Vehicle Category.
