Hourly Hireage Report
Purpose
The Hourly Hireage Report displays the number of bookings per vehicle category category and number of hours, the percentage of bookings a vehicle category has over a period of time.
This report groups the information by the hourly rate structure in each booking.

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Hireage By Days >> Hourly Hireage
Parameters/Filters
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. This location refers to the pickup location of the booking. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Brand | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Category Type | The Category Type this report will be run for. A category type must be chosen, this report cannot be run for All Category Types. |
Category | Select 'All Category' or select an individual Category. |
Pickup Date Range | The pickup date range that will be applied to the booking. |
Example
The report results are grouped by the length of each booking. There is also a column for each Vehicle Category.
Hours | The number of hours in the booking/s. |
No. of Bookings | The number of bookings within the reporting period that have this number of hours. |
% of Total Bookings | The percentage of total bookings for the reporting period that have this number of hours. |
Vehicle Category | The number of bookings for each Vehicle Category. There will be a column for each Vehicle Category in the report with the name of the Category appearing. In the example above, there are two categories, Commuter Super Saver and Commuter. |
Points to Note
The report is based on Hired Reservations with Pickup Dates in the Selected Date Range
The report does not include Non Revenues and Maintenance bookings
