Customer Notes Report

Customer Notes Report

Purpose:

The Customer Notes report will allow you to see any notes that have been added to a customer during the report period. An example of when a note is added to a customer is when a customer is either added to or removed from the Do Not Rent List. These notes are added automatically to the customer.

Accessing Customer Notes Report:

Reservations >> Customer Maintenance >> Customer Notes




Parameters/Filters:

Date Entered
This is the date range that will be used in the report. It will bring back any notes that was created within the date range entered.

Example:



Date Entered
This is the date that the note was added to the customer
Entered By
The name of the operator who performed the action that added a note to the customer.
Note
A description of the action that was performed on the customer.
Customer ID
The Customer ID.
Customer Name
The name of the customer. Clicking on this will open the Customer Maintenance form.
