Customer Notes Report
Purpose:
The Customer Notes report will allow you to see any notes that have been added to a customer during the report period. An example of when a note is added to a customer is when a customer is either added to or removed from the Do Not Rent List. These notes are added automatically to the customer.
Accessing Customer Notes Report:
Reservations >> Customer Maintenance >> Customer Notes
Parameters/Filters:
Date Entered | This is the date range that will be used in the report. It will bring back any notes that was created within the date range entered. |
Example:
Date Entered | This is the date that the note was added to the customer |
Entered By | The name of the operator who performed the action that added a note to the customer. |
Note | A description of the action that was performed on the customer. |
Customer ID | The Customer ID. |
Customer Name | The name of the customer. Clicking on this will open the Customer Maintenance form. |
