There have been a number of small updates to RCM reports recently. This includes adding new fields and filter.

The Allocate Reservation Report has a new filter Exclude On-Request. When this is selected, any booking with the status of On Request will not be included in the report

The Customer List Report now has a City field that displays the city or suburb recorded in the customer address information.

The Customer Sales Report also now has a City field that displays the city or suburb recorded against the customer address. 

The Operator Extra Sales Report now has an Extra Fee Group filter that allows you to sort the records according to the group assigned to each extra fee.

The Invoice Detail Report now has a Category Type field that display the category type of the vehicle that was hired against the booking.
